What Pressure Washer Accessories Do YOU Need?

There are literally hundreds of time and labor saving accessories available for Landa pressure washers. In fact, there are so many accessories available that we know it may be difficult to determine which ones are right for your business’ unique cleaning needs and which ones may be more than you need.

That’s why we’ve taken the time to put together this short list of some of our best-selling types of accessories. Each selection provides a bit of information about the accessory, what applications it is used in, why purchasing one could be beneficial to you, and which of our products we recommend the most to our customers.

Turbo Nozzles

Turbo Nozzles are a unique type of nozzle that sprays water in a 0°, pencil thin stream while quickly rotating in a conical shaped pattern. Water from a turbo nozzle impacts the cleaning surface much more aggressively than a standard nozzle breaking up even the toughest dirt, grease, and buildup much faster, therefore allowing the job to be completed faster.

Why Buy a Turbo Nozzle?

Quick Cleaning of Extremely Dirty, Hard Surfaces: If you regularly clean heavy machinery or hard surfaces like exterior walls, patios, or decks a turbo nozzle is right for you. Turbo nozzles are most frequently used for breaking away heavy, caked on dirt, grime, and even stains from hard surfaces and equipment. Their powerful spray works much more effectively and quicker than using a standard spray nozzle, allowing you to spend less time working on the toughest cleaning jobs.

Due to the powerful stream, turbo nozzles are not recommended for use on vehicles, finely painted surfaces, or softer materials. They are powerful enough to potentially strip paint or cause damage to soft woods and metals.

Benefits: More powerful than standard nozzles. Faster cleaning times. Highly effective on hard surfaces.

Foam Cannons

We Recommend:
MTM Hydro PF22.2

Foam Cannons are devices designed to pressurize soap and water and expel it onto your cleaning surface in the form of a thick layer of foam. Because detergents sprayed from a foam cannon can dwell on the cleaning surface longer, they are generally better at breaking up dirt and grime.

Why Buy a Foam Cannon?

Faster, More Efficient Fleet Cleaning: If you have a fleet of vehicles that require regular cleaning, a foam cannon is a great investment for you. Because foam is typically better at breaking down dirt and grime, a foam cannon can help you reduce the amount of soap you use by applying it more effectively, while also cutting back on the amount of water required for rinsing.  Foam can also reduce the amount of scrubbing required to remove dirt and debris, meaning less time using a brush or sponge, and less risk of scratches and streaks.

Benefits: Easy to use and highly cost effective. Breaks down dirt & grime better than regular detergent application. Less detergent and water usage.

Variable Pressure Wands

Variable Pressure Wands feature two separate lances and nozzles combine in one wand. One is a low-pressure line for applying detergents or other cleaning chemicals, the other a high-pressure line for cleaning and rinsing. Water flow can be easily switched between each lance by either twisting or moving the side handle attached to the wand.

Why Buy a Variable Pressure Wand?

No More Stopping to Change Nozzles: When using a traditional lance, you must stop what you’re doing to switch nozzle tips to apply soap, and then stop again to go back to washing or rinsing. With a variable pressure wand, you can switch between cleaning cycles with the literal flick of a wrist, allowing you to clean faster, safer, and more effectively. Plus, detergent is applied to a variable pressure wand via a downstream injector valve, meaning less wear on your pump from cleaning chemicals.

Benefits: Switch between rinse, soap, and wash cycles with the turn of a handle. No need to stop to change nozzles.

Surface Cleaners

Surface Cleaners are various types of accessories that attach to your pressure washer that clean large, flat surfaces. They generally consist of a casing which contains one or more swivel bars with rapidly rotating nozzles, and are typically used to clean hard floors, sidewalks, driveways, and pavement. However, there are versions specifically designed for cleaning curbs, roofs, and other surfaces as well.

Why Buy a Surface Cleaner?

Clean Large Area Surfaces Up to 10x Faster: Surface cleaners are a must have for businesses that regularly clean greasy facility floors, dirty parking lots, public walkways, and more. The rotating nozzle bar not only cleans a larger surface area faster and more effectively than a standard spray wand, but it also reduces streaking and spotting caused by standard cleaning methods as well.

Benefits: Clean large surface areas up to 10x faster than with a standard wand and gun. Reduce or eliminate streaking on floors.

Undercarriage Cleaners

Undercarriage Cleaners are accessories designed to easily slide beneath your vehicle’s undercarriage to blast off caked on dirt, grease, and grime. They come in compact, spray bar versions for cleaning the underbody of standard trucks and cars, as well as larger versions with a rotating swivel bar and multiple spray nozzles which are designed to clean semi-trucks and large machinery.

Why Buy an Undercarriage Cleaner?

Protect And Clean Your Fleet’s Underbody: Undercarriages are often one of the most neglected, but also most important parts of your vehicle to clean.  Caked on mud, deicers, salts, and other road grime can build up on the underside of your vehicle and rust or corrode important components. Using an undercarriage cleaner allows you to easily wash all parts of your vehicle’s underbody in just minutes without the need for the operator to awkwardly bend down or crawl underneath the vehicle.

Benefits: Prevents rust and corrosion of components on the underside of vehicles and machinery. Works in just minutes.

Wet Sandblasters

Wet Sandblasters utilize a specially designed venturi sandblasting nozzle and operate like a downstream detergent injector to combine water with sand (or another abrasive agent) the end of a wand. This mixture is then propelled through the nozzle at high pressure to remove coatings, rust, corrosion, and other unwanted substances from surfaces. Wet sandblasters are made to quickly attach to a hot or cold pressure washer and pull sand using either a probe or storage pot.

Why Buy a Wet Sandblaster?

Dust Free Stripping of Paint, Grease, & Corrosion: Wet sandblasters are powerful enough to easily strip unwanted paint, grease, rust, and stains from most surfaces. However, unlike regular sandblasting the wet blasting provides a sort of “cushion” for the abrasive cleaning material resulting in both a smoother finish and the ability to use wet blasters on softer materials like plastics and soft metals with less risk of damage. Plus, wet blasting is virtually dust free, which allows you to use it in both public places and confined environments.

Benefits: Virtually dust free. Is 50% more effective with 20% less sand than regular sandblasters. Quickly strip rust, corrosion, unwanted paint and more without damaging surfaces.
